In order to sign up for a Liber-t tag, you will be required to set up a Direct Debit by completing the form below. Fields marked with a red dot () are required.

Please ensure that you have familiarised yourself with the CHARGES for the Liber-t scheme before signing up (Refundable Security Deposit and Usage Fees). Full details of the charges can be found on our FAQ page and in our Terms and Conditions . Also you have a Class 1 or Class 2 vehicle (under 3m in height and less than 3.5t in weight).
Please provide the information requested and specify the username and password that you will use to access your online Liber-t account.
Please provide a secret question that we can use to verify your identity if we need to call you or support you over the telephone.
Please fill in the postcode field and press the "Find addresses" button before selecting your address from the dropdown list. If it does not appear in the list, just select "Address not in the list" and enter your address manually.
This information is required to setup a Variable Direct Debit. Subject to your rights under the Direct Debit Guarantee, this will automatically debit payments dues on your account from your bank or building society account. If you are a joint signatory on the account, a paper direct debit instruction will be sent to you in the post.
By subscribing to the Liber-t service, you are automatically purchasing a Liber-t tag from Sanef. Tags are dispatched Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) only. For orders placed before 2pm we will dispatch by Royal Mail 1st Class the same day.
If you need your tag urgently, for orders placed before 2pm on a working day we can dispatch by Special Delivery in which case your tag will arrive the next day (including Saturdays) by 1pm.
Special Delivery costs an additional €10+TVA which will be added to your first invoice. Please note that orders dispatched by 1st Class post do not require a signature and will fit through your letterbox. Order dispatched by Special Delivery will require someone to be at home. For security reasons, we are unable to dispatch to addresses other than the registered address of the account holder.
